How I Can Help

Are you contemplating separating from your partner but don’t know what direction to take? Would a thinking partner or sounding board help you work through your crisis? I can help.

I will help you get organized for the big decisions you need to make. If you are like most people, you will need help sorting through your emotions, your finances, what is best for your children, and the timing of when you will sit down and have a very important life-changing discussion with your spouse.

Want to save your marriage? I can also help you to discover the positives in your relationship and strategize practical ways to make your marriage better for the long run.

I will help you clarify your goals, and create a practical step-by-step plan so that you can stop worrying and start living.

I am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach® and CDC Divorce Transition and Recovery Coach® and Parenting Specialist, who works with clients who have either begun the divorce process or are thinking about whether it’s the right choice for them and are committed to putting their children first as they navigate this complicated and emotional life-changing experience.

In addition, I work with children of divorce, specializing in teen and child support groups as well as one on one counseling.
